People 'keen to invest in property'

A firm has stated that consumers in the UK are keen to invest their
money in real estate.
According to north-west-based investmentpropertysales.co.uk, which
helps people go through the conveyancing process in order to secure property for sale in Manchester and around the UK,
economic turbulence has not deterred individuals.
It reported a rise in the number of Britons seeking to capitalise
on the current climate.
Director at the organisation Kez Jones said: "There is a sudden
surge of property investors wanting to buy property in all areas of
the country."
The availability of many deals that can be lucrative and well
priced is tempting both new and existing investors to put cash into
property, he added.
Now is a good time to buy undervalued homes in order to turn a
profit, the expert added.
Some investors are currently holding out on finalising deals until
they know what the outcome of the upcoming general election will
be.
