Diggins and Cross Estate Agents in Rayleigh and Benfleet, Essex is the culmination of the merger of two well respected and established South-East Essex property companies. Both Lewis Knight, and Morgan & Lord have been established for over ten years within the area, and the new name has been chosen to reflect the ownership of the company.
Both the partners have extensive experience with the sales and lettings market, with the Residential Sales Department being headed by Darren Diggins and the Letting and Management Department being headed by Paul Cross.
We have incorporated within the company, the Management Department of Morgan & Lord, and have our own dedicated DEA Surveyor in Roy Squibb MNAEA DipDEA.
Our aim is to provide unrivalled service and customer care, within what is a very competitive market place, and build a company with a reputation for honest, sound advice in an arena within which some of our competitors give the impression they are working for their own gain and not their clients well being.
Over the years the Partners have gained many long standing clients, and are looking forward to forging many more long-term relationships to push the company further ahead.
